I’ve got a major problem at work that when people go on vacation – they keep checking their work email. Is there some way I can set it so that during an employee’s vacation time, that incoming email will generate the OOO response, but if the email is not marked urgent it will not go into that user’s email store and so they will not receive it. Instead it is held up somewhere and not released until their vacation ends.
And this needs to be configured that even my sysadmins can’t override it – only I can do so. (My sysadmins are among the worst about checking email when they should be enjoying their vacation.)
